What is Biorythm?
Biorhythm is an attempt to predict various aspects of a person's life through simple mathematical cycles.

According to believers in biorhythms, a person's life is affected by rhythmic biological cycles which affect one's ability in various domains, such as mental, physical, and emotional activity.

These cycles begin at birth and oscillate in a steady sine wave fashion throughout life; thus, by modeling them mathematically, a person's level of ability in each of these domains can be predicted from day to day.

Most biorhythm models use three cycles: a 23-day "physical" cycle, a 28-day "emotional" cycle, and a 33-day "intellectual" cycle.

Biorythm CalculationThe equations for the cycles are:
• physical: sin(2πt / 23),
• emotional: sin(2πt / 28),
• intellectual: sin(2πt / 33),
• intuitive: sin(2πt / 38),
where t indicates the number of days since birth

Why I find this topic interesting?
The ability to predict and control human behavior has always fascinated me. If one could be consciously aware of times / moments when one is going to be in a high / low state (either physically, mentally, emotionally and intuitively), then one could definitely avoid / defer OR plan some decisions / experiences to co-incide with these times / moments.

Personally, I have observed that this is true. Not that I have experimented on myself for years. But having been consciously observing my state and energy levels over a few months, I would tend to agree that there are cycles of highs and lows; and these are periodic.

Thanks to Wg Cdr SPK for introducing me to this topic; & taking the time to patiently explain this.
