14 Things you should do every week

(1) Exercise at least 4 days a week
(2) Skip one meal, one night of the day - It cleanses, detoxes and makes you feel good!
(3) Read in detail about any one topic
(4) Do something you really really LOVE
(5) Laugh - Yes! At least 10 times in a week is worthwhile
(6) Do something creative - Write, Cook, Paint, etc. etc
(7) Meditate
(8) Spend time with people you love
(9) Do a random good deed
(10) De-clutter
(11) Write - Something, Anything!
(12) Learn something
(13) Disconnect from the online / social world for a few hours
(14) Invest in 1 new experience - Anything!
